After you click on the above link you need to register for the upgrade, enter the left area titled "new user registration" . Fill in the requested information  and create your own password and store it in a safe place.

If you have to interrupt your update session, you can login again using the right area titled "Login" and continue with the upgrade. After completion a new card will sent to from ACSA to the new address you provide.
