Attention Members: UA Local 740 is going PAPERLESS
Beginning February 11, 2026, members will be able to enroll via their MyUA740 WEBSITE account to receive information electronically such as
1. Dues payment receipts
2. Monthly statements
3. Union dues tax receipts
To enroll, you will need to sign into your MyUA website account and on the Dashboard will be a link to Go Paperless.
Please click on the Go Paperless “Learn More” link and then click on the button to receive documents digitally instead of by mail.
NOTE: This feature is not available on the APP.
How will this work?
When you sign up to go paperless, each time a new document is ready for you to view, you will receive an email notifying you of the document. For Dues Payments and Monthly Statements, these will be sent to your email account. For Union Dues Tax Receipts, you will receive an email directing you to log into your account to access it. Union dues tax receipts will be placed in the ‘My Documents’ section of your MyUA740 website for you to retrieve.
PLEASE NOTE: An email will be sent to all members with an email address on file notifying them that their 2025 Union Dues Tax Receipt is available on their MyUA740 website. The 2025 Union dues tax receipts will only be available in the MyUA740 website account unless you notify us requesting a paper copy be mailed to you.
How will this benefit me?
By enabling Go Paperless, you will receive each document immediately when it becomes available. There will be no waiting to receive in the mail. There will be no misplacing a tax receipt come tax time. You will receive monthly statements quickly via email which will enable the timely payment of dues, especially if you happen to be travelling for work. Please ensure your email address is up to date with the union hall.
