myManion Outage Nov 13th-16th

Due to a database upgrade, the myManion portal and app will not be available for use starting at 10:30 pm on Friday, November 13, 2020. This outage will last the entire weekend and will also affect the direct billing of services through the Telus E-claims Network and Electronic Dental Claim submissions (EDI). All services should be restored by Monday, November 16, 2020.
